“Our Vision is to Equip Disciples to Pursue and Serve Christ!”
Here on The Boardwalk at Hillcrest we promise you the following:
-We promise to be Bible based and relevant.
-We will teach Bible truths and show your child how to live them out in their lives.
-We will encourage your children to share their belief in God with those they meet daily.
-We promise to make The Boardwalk a fun and creative place where your child will want to come to learn about God’s Word.
Sunday Mornings on The Boardwalk
Up Street is our small group environment at 9:15 a.m. for children where they learn how to study the Bible and build quality friendships with other kids and adult leaders.
KidStuf is a 45-minute production for parents and kids where families are encouraged to learn a monthly virtue together. Parents are not required to attend with their children, but are always welcome and we encourage family worship. A special place (The Boardwalk) has been designed to accommodate parents and kids at 10:30 am each Sunday. The production combines storytelling, puppets, drama, lights, music, and video to teach and challenge your children by grasping their attention through entertainment.

Here’s a safety note to our parents at Hillcrest. Hillcrest Kids are vitally important! We work hard to make sure they have a safe, clean, and fun environment to learn about and grow in God’s love. There are many opportunities each week for your children to come and learn about God, and to make friends in the process. In order to help parents feel comfortable entrusting their children to us, every one of our children’s ministry workers has undergone a local and federal background check.
“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matt. 19:14). Children are precious to us at Hillcrest. We have a strong team of loving and dedicated teachers whose goals are to help children build a strong foundation in faith and grow in their spiritual walk every Sunday morning and Wednesday night.
